Ride Out To Dunlop

Join us for a guided ride this Saturday to Dunlop. Forecast looks good. Meet at the back of the bank for 10am. Ride suits ages 12yrs+ and reasonably confident cyclists.

The GO Neilston! team are offering off-road cycle training and gentle cycle rides to get you back on the saddle with confidence.*

Join our experienced cycle trainers help you (re)discover the fun, joy and freedom of two wheels. Events are normally one to two hours (longer sessions by arrangement).

Saturdays @ 10.30am
1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th November

COST: £2 per event

Seeking Walk Leader Volunteers

Walk Leader Volunteers – Supporting Walking for Older Adults in East Renfrewshire

We are looking for Volunteers who:-

Enjoy walking, are friendly, are reliable, have 1 hour to spare each week, would like to encourage people to enjoy the outdoors and to take their first steps to a healthy walk?

We can offer you:-

An opportunity to meet new friends, a chance to encourage others to enjoy local walkways and parks, fresh air and physical activity, experience of leading and supporting individuals and groups, free training and suitable support to set up a first steps walking group.
